Refund Policy

At My Marketing Team, we strive to provide top-notch services and ensure the satisfaction of our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Packages:

- Refunds for the Premium/Enterprise/Prestige package will be granted within 97 days of the initial purchase after the 90 day guarantee period has passed and we have failed to generate at least an average of 1 lead/prospects that leads to a successful sale/closing or commission for the agent.

• Economy $7 partnership package is only subject to the refund of the $7 per month subscription after 90 day period has passed. No refunds of a closing/sale agent commission will be refunded. We delivered a successful sale as guaranteed and thus the contract is honored and the 25% commission of the closing paid to us is NON REFUNDABLE.

- To be eligible for a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reasons for the refund and providing evidence of dissatisfaction with the service.

- Refunds will not be issued if the client has already received and utilized any services included in the Quick Start package.

General Refund Terms:

- All refund requests must be sent to our customer support team at billing@inprofit.ai and will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

- Your Marketing Team reserves the right to deny a refund request if the client fails to provide sufficient evidence of dissatisfaction or if the request is made after the specified refund period.

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- Once a refund is processed, the client's access to the services included in the purchased package will be terminated.
